An easy way to pay your levies
DEFT Payment Systems is a quick, easy and secure way to pay your levy payments, with a range of payment options available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to suit your needs.
The six options for payment include BPAY, Credit Card, Cheque, Post Billpay, DEFT Online and DEFT Phone pay.
BPAY
Payments can be made from your cheque or savings account by entering the biller code and DEFT Reference number shown on your strata levy invoice.
Credit Card
Payments can be made using your credit card over the internet at www.deft.com.au and or by phoning 1300 301 090 and following the instructions.
* A surcharge will apply if you use this option.
Cheque
Cheque payments can be made by either writing your DEFT Reference number on the back and enclosing it with the remittance advice from the bottom of your invoice and mailing to DEFT Payment Systems, Locked Bag 2501 PERTH WA 6001 or by taking your cheque and remittance advice to any Australia Post outlet for processing.
Post Billpay
Payments can be made at Australia Post by cash, cheque or Eftpos. You just need to simply provide your remittance advice from your invoice together with your payment.
* A charge of $2.75 is charged by Australia Post if you use this option.
If you choose not to pay the $2.75 at the time, Australia Post will withhold $2.75 which will leave your payment short paid by $2.75.
DEFT Online
You can register to make payments online by visiting www.deft.com.au. You will need to fill out a registration form and provide your bank details.
DEFT Phonepay
If you do register online you can then make payments with your registered bank account over the phone by calling 1300 301 090 or international +612 8232 7395
